  The original solid red cardboard photo sleeve retains strong, vibrant coloration. However, it displays a small handwritten number "9" written in pen on the front upper right section (just below the main "On 45" logo bubble). It also features light storage ringwear outlines, edge softening, and creasing along the perimeter typical of 1980s dance singles. No major seam splits or water damage.
