A fantastic cross-border hybrid variant for meticulous international collectors! This is the original 1982 release of "Head Over Heels", featuring a fascinating manufacturing crossover. While the striking four-panel group photo sleeve was printed at Polydor’s main facility in Hamburg, West Germany, the actual physical vinyl record inside was pressed locally in Austria.
The record features the rare orange Polydor paper label design showing the official Austrian distribution indicators, including the distinctive "Made in Austria" print and the localized Austro Mechana rights society box.
The A-side features the quirky, theatrical pop track "Head Over Heels," perfectly paired on the B-side with the dark, synth-driven, and critically acclaimed masterpiece title track, "The Visitors."
